Glen Garioch 15 Year Old Sherry Cask is a single malt from one of Scotland's oldest distilleries. It spent 15 years in Oloroso sherry casks, which gave it an amber colour and a full, expressive character.
It is non-chill-filtered and bottled at 53.7% ABV.
On the nose there are honey-glazed apricots, lemon peel and a little cinnamon. The palate brings creamy toffee, orange peel with nutmeg and plenty of raisins, and the long finish carries dark dates and toasted buttered bread.
