This is a 15 year old Highland single malt from Glen Garioch, part of its Sherry Cask Matured series. It was matured in Oloroso sherry casks and bottled at cask strength, 53.7% ABV, in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is rich in fruit, spice, vanilla and oak. The palate opens boldly, with balanced flavours of peppery spice, cherries, nuts, plums and wood. The finish is medium in length, with coffee and oak.
