A 20-year-old Glen Garioch single malt from Oldmeldrum in Aberdeenshire, distilled in 2006 and bottled at 52.1% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It comes from Thompson Bros., the independent bottling label of Dornoch Distillery.
Two red wine barriques were combined for this release, which gave 357 bottles. A barrique is a 225-litre Bordeaux cask, smaller than the hogsheads and butts common in Scotch whisky. The label carries original artwork by the artist KMG. The whisky is natural colour and non-chill-filtered.
