A 14-year-old Highland single malt from Glen Garioch, distilled in 2011 and bottled by Signatory Vintage in June 2026 at 46%, in a 70cl bottle. It matured fully in first and second fill bourbon barrels.
It belongs to the Un-Chillfiltered Collection, which returned in 2026. As with the rest of the series, it is bottled without chill-filtration or added colouring.
The nose is led by ripe vanilla and creamy honey, with coconut, a sweet-sharp apple and restrained spice. On the palate, sweet caramel and bourbon vanilla meet cinnamon and ginger, while buttery almonds and malted grain carry an oily texture. The finish is long, with oak, honey sweetness and spicy depth.
