This is a single cask Glen Garioch from the Highlands, bottled by The Red Cask Co. in 2025 at a cask strength of 52.3%. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour. The outturn was 210 bottles.
The whisky was distilled on 22 October 2014 and matured for 10 years in oak, spending its final stage in an Oloroso sherry hogshead, number 6487.
The nose offers Christmas baking, orange peel, dried fruit and a pleasing spiciness. The palate has a light ginger bite, pronounced wood, cigar box, leather, caramelised apple and winter spices. The finish is long and herbal, and not bitter despite the firm oak.
