Glen Grant 12 Years is part of the distillery's core range, bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It matured for 12 years in ex-bourbon barrels and Oloroso sherry casks.
The nose is sweet, with ripe apples, vanilla, pear, almond and caramel. The palate continues the sweetness with apple pie and honey, then adds some pepper, ginger and orange. The finish is soft, with a touch of oak and vanilla.
