Glen Grant Mr George Legacy Second Edition is a single cask 64 year old single malt from Gordon & MacPhail, bottled at 56.1%. It was released in tribute to George Urquhart, a second generation member of the family that owns Gordon & MacPhail, who created the Connoisseurs Choice range in 1968.
The whisky was distilled at Glen Grant on 10 October 1957 and laid down by Urquhart himself. It matured for 64 years in a first-fill sherry butt and was bottled on 9 November 2021.
