Glen Keith 1991 is a 30-year-old cask strength single malt from Speyside, bottled by The Ultimate Whisky Company at 47.7% in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled in 1991 and matured in a bourbon barrel, cask 73660.
The whisky is bottled without chill filtration and without added caramel, so the colour comes from the cask alone. Each bottle in the Ultimate range is numbered, with the cask details given on the label.
