Glen Keith – 25

This is a 25 year old single malt from Glen Keith, matured in first-fill American oak barrels. The distillery's tall pot stills, with lyne arms angled upwards, produce a light, fruity spirit, and the oak adds sweetness and structure. The nose offers ripe apple and apricot with mango and orange, and a touch of creamy caramel. On the palate there is fine vanilla sweetness and the fruitiness of a classic Speyside malt, with restrained spice and a smooth texture. The finish is very long, with sweetness lingering to the end.
