Glen Mhor 1982 is a 27 year old single malt from the Speyside distillery, now closed. Signatory Vintage bottled it for its Cask Strength Collection at 55% ABV, in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky was distilled on 1 September 1982 and matured in a hogshead until it was bottled on 6 April 2010. The outturn was 235 bottles.
The nose has a faint chemical note and a touch of flintiness. The palate is sweet and floral, with malt, lemon and a zesty tang, and the finish is tannic and citrusy with a hint of black olive.
