This Glen Moray is a Speyside single malt bottled by Murray McDavid in its Cask Partnership series. It was distilled in 2017 and bottled in 2026 at 8 years old, after a finish in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. It comes in a 70cl bottle at 55.3%, without chill-filtration or added colour.
The nose has raisins, dark berries and candied fruit, with vanilla, caramel and fine oak spice. The palate is full and powerful, with plums, chocolate, syrup and sweet dried fruit, balanced by woody spice and a little black pepper.
The finish is long and soft, with lingering sherry sweetness, dark fruit and spicy oak.
