This is a 12 year old single malt from Glen Scotia in Campbeltown, matured entirely in first fill bourbon casks. It is bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill-filtered and with natural colour.
The bourbon casks bring sweet, spicy notes, and the whisky keeps a firm coastal character. It is described as gentle honey and vanilla alongside tropical fruit, caramel and a touch of sea salt.
