Glen Scotia – 12 Year Old

This is a 12-year-old Campbeltown single malt from Glen Scotia, matured entirely in first-fill bourbon casks. It is the distillery's new flagship age statement. The blue of the age statement on the label is inspired by the doors of the distillery's dunnage warehouses, and the whisky is paired with tropical fruit and the maritime character associated with Glen Scotia. The nose brings fresh sea air, honey and vanilla and exotic fruit. The palate shows caramelised sugar, spicy citrus and lively pineapple, balanced by lightly toasted oak, and the finish is long and warming.
