The whisky first matured in ex-bourbon casks, then spent five months in Ribera del Duero red wine casks. Ribera del Duero lies in northern Spain and is known for its extreme temperatures and powerful red wines.
It is bottled at 54.3%, unfiltered and with natural colour.
