Glen Scotia – Classic Series Heavily Peated 2014/2025 (55.7%)

This is a heavily peated single cask Glen Scotia from Campbeltown, the first release in the distillery's new Single Cask series. It was distilled in 2014 and matured until 2025 in a first fill bourbon barrel, cask number 1963, which yielded 225 bottles. The bourbon cask gave the whisky a light amber colour and some vanilla, while the peat stays in the foreground. It is bottled at a cask strength of 55.7% ABV, without chill-filtering and without added colour.
