Glen Scotia – Classic Series Heavily Peated 2014/2026 (56.7%)

Glen Scotia Classic Series Heavily Peated is a Campbeltown single malt and the second release in the Glen Scotia Classic Series. It was distilled in 2014 and bottled in 2026 at a cask strength of 56.7% ABV, in natural colour and without chill-filtration. It matured in a single first-fill bourbon barrel, which produced 243 bottles. The whisky has a pale amber colour, and the blue tin carries the Glen Scotia name and a reference to the distillery's founding in 1832. Tasting notes describe malted biscuits with brown sugar and salted caramel, freshly baked cinnamon pastry and orange zest, with a gentle touch of sweet peat rounded off by warm oak spices.
