A single cask GlenAllachie, distilled in 2006 and matured for 14 years in an Oloroso puncheon, cask number 675. It was released in 2020 as one of 699 bottles, at a cask strength of 61% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
GlenAllachie is a Speyside distillery established in 1967. Billy Walker bought it from Pernod Ricard in 2017, together with the maturing stock that had been destined for the Chivas blends. His team has since released that stock as single malt, using the finishing approaches familiar from Benriach and GlenDronach.
