This is a 14 year old GlenAllachie single malt from Speyside, finished in Oloroso sherry casks and bottled at 55.4% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is made under Master Distiller Billy Walker.
The distillery's style is described as honeyed and fruit-forward, with the Oloroso wood adding to it. The whisky is full-bodied, with layers of dark fruits, chocolate, spice and oak.
