The maturation gives a natural sweetness, a gentle spiced oak influence and a crisp, clean profile with clear citrus flavour.
The nose is tangy and fresh, with tropical fruits and citrus bound by soft vanilla and baking spices. The palate is bright and grassy, with pineapple, lemon curd and brioche. The finish is clean and crisp, with yellow fruits, vanilla pod and nutmeg.
