Glencadam – 10 Years

Glencadam 10 Years is a Highland single malt from the Brechin distillery, which was founded in 1825 by George Cooper. It is matured in ex-bourbon casks, which give citrus and vanilla notes with elegant oak. It is non-chill-filtered and has natural colour. The colour is straw gold. The nose is fresh and aromatic, with hay, fruit, gentle wood, light vanilla and spice. The palate is well balanced, with tart fruit, freshly cut hay and vanilla sweetness. The finish is long and soft, fading on malted barley and fruit.
