Glencadam 13 Year Old (Batch 4) is a Highland single malt bottled at 46% ABV, with natural colour and no chill filtration.
It is distilled in small batches and matured in hand-picked first-fill American oak ex-bourbon casks. Richness, nuttiness and creaminess run through it, along with a tropical fruitiness.
The nose is creamy, with bread and butter pudding, sugared almond and tangy marmalade. The palate is rich and oily, with panna cotta, lotus biscuits, lemon peel and nutmeg. The finish is warming and nutty, with almond fingers, cocoa powder and a hint of ground coffee.
