Glencadam 15 Year Old is a Highland single malt from Scotland, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is aged in ex-bourbon casks and is non-chill-filtered. The distillery's high cut point gives a light, bright spirit.
The nose is fresh, with orchard fruits, citrus peel, hay and a soft malt sweetness. On the palate come green apple, creamy vanilla, a touch of white pepper and hints of marzipan. The finish is clean and medium-long, with citrus zest, soft spice and a floral malt note.
