This is a 15 year old Highland single malt from Glencadam, finished in casks that previously held white port. It belongs to the Limited 2006 Edition series, with 3,684 bottles made.
Finishing a whisky in white port casks is unusual, as tawny or ruby port casks are the more common choice. The cask adds sweet, floral notes alongside the characteristic dryness of white port.
It is bottled at 46% vol. in a 70cl bottle, without chill-filtration or added colouring.
