Glencadam 18 Year Old is a Highland single malt matured entirely in American oak casks that previously held bourbon. It is bottled at a higher strength, without chill filtration and with its natural colour.
On the nose there are fresh stone fruits, pear blossom and dried pineapple, with panna cotta and baking spices. The palate brings baked peach, rice pudding and lemon curd, along with nutmeg and cinnamon. The finish turns to poached pears, ginger biscuits and apricot Danish, fading into a sweet, warming spice.
