A 19-year-old Highland single malt from Glencadam, finished in Oloroso sherry casks and bottled at 46% vol. in a 70cl bottle. The release is limited to 6,000 bottles, with no colouring and no chill filtration.
The finish in Oloroso sherry casks gives notes of dark chocolate, dried fruit and subtle spice. Nineteen years of maturation bring a balance of sweetness and wood notes, with a soft yet powerful finish.
