Glencadam 25 Year Old is a Highland single malt matured for a minimum of 25 years exclusively in American oak ex-bourbon casks, drawn from the distillery's dunnage warehouses. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle, with natural colour and without chill-filtration. Each bottle is individually numbered.
The nose is bright and aromatic, with stone fruit, apple blossom, acacia honey and sweet cake spices. On the palate, tangy pear and peach meet brittle toffee, toasted hazelnut and Danish pastry with peppery spice. The finish is warming and toasty, with oat biscuits, lemon curd, greengage and citrus zest.
