This is a Glencadam Highland single malt finished in Burgundy Pinot Noir wine casks. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle, non-chill-filtered and without added colouring.
The nose is of juicy dark fruit, cherry jam and stewed plums, with chocolate mousse behind. The palate is sweet and oily, with cooked blackcurrants, Brazil nuts, blackberries and banana bread, joined by espresso, cloves and star anise.
The finish combines mocha and forest fruit cake with ginger, nutmeg and cedar wood.
