Glencadam – Origin 1825 (70cl, 40%)

Glencadam Origin 1825 is a Highland single malt named after the year Glencadam Distillery was founded. It is bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. The whisky is a selection of Glencadam malts matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks and Spanish oak Oloroso sherry casks. The result is sweet, spicy and floral, with red fruits on the nose and yellow fruits on the palate. The nose is creamy and floral, with malted barley, vanilla and mixed summer fruits. On the palate come bananas, pineapple, pears and boiled sweets with soft spice, and the finish is floral with a pear-drop sweetness.
