Glencadam – Reserva Andalucia (46%)

Glencadam Reserva Andalucia is a single malt Scotch whisky bottled at 46% ABV. Sherry plays a part in its character without dominating, and the fine fruit that marks the distillery stays present right through to the finish. The nose is complex, with red fruits, figs and caramel, alongside orchard fruit and soft nougat. The palate is fruity and sweet, with raisins, poached pear, caramel and candied fruit, while a light nutty, spicy oak note comes through. The finish is long and silky, slightly drying, with fresh notes, brown sugar and soft sherried fruit.
