Glencadam – Reserva Andalucia (70cl, 46%)

Glencadam Reserva Andalucia is a Highland single malt that pays tribute to the link between the distillery and Jerez, the Spanish sherry region in Andalusia. The whisky first matures in sherry casks, is then married in bourbon casks and is finished in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks from Andalusia. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle, non-chill-filtered and with no colouring added. The character is rich and led by sherry, with Glencadam's fruitiness joined by sultanas and sweet, spicy notes.
