Glencadam Reserva Andalucia is a single malt made from a selection of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks chosen by the distillery's Master Distiller. The whisky from these casks was married together and then given a finish in ex-Oloroso sherry casks.
The result is a harmonious malt with noticeable sherry influence and aromatic layers of fruit.
