Glencadam Reserva PX is a Highland single malt finished in a PX sherry butt. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle, without added colour and without chill-filtration.
The nose is intense, with traditional Christmas pudding, dried figs and dark chocolate, plus aromatic cedar wood and cloves. On the palate it is layered and sweet, with maple syrup, toffee and plums, then juicy cherries, brandy, butter and wild berry cake. The finish moves from toffee, fruit cake and caramelised ginger to cherry jam and espresso.
