This is a single cask Glendronach bottled by the Scotch Malt Whisky Society as cask 96.11, named Frisky Fun. It is a 10 year old Highland single malt, one of 210 bottles, in a 70cl bottle at 57.6% ABV.
The colour is a golden glow. The nose offers fresh pine needles, jersey caramels and red raspberry jellies. On the palate come hot toasted white bread, melted butter, honey and tangy lemon tarts. The finish is buttery, with a salty tingle at the front of the tongue.
