GlenDronach 18 Year Old is a Highland single malt named after Allardice, the distillery's founder. It is bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle and is natural in colour.
The whisky is matured in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks, which shape its deep gold colour with a tawny centre and its richly sherried style.
On the nose there is fudge and Muscovado sugar, with fruit compote and glacé morello cherries. The palate brings stewed fruit and allspice alongside aged Oloroso, toasted walnut bread and chocolate orange, leading to a long, complex finish.
