This is an 11 year old Glenfarclas from Speyside, distilled in 2002 and bottled in 2014 by the Scotch Malt Whisky Society. It comes from a single first fill bourbon cask, numbered 1.180 in the Society's code, and 210 bottles were produced.
It was released only in the USA, which is why it comes in a 75cl bottle rather than the usual 70cl.
