This 2023 edition of Glenfarclas 15 Year Old is a Speyside single malt matured entirely in Oloroso sherry casks, in a 70cl bottle.
It is bottled at 46% ABV, the strength George Grant's grandfather preferred. The sherry influence brings plenty of dried fruit and a big, juicy Christmas cake character. The whisky is described as complex yet easy to drink.
