Glenfarclas 30 Year Old is a Speyside malt whisky bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled by the grandfather of the distillery's current owner, who also chose the sherry casks it was laid down in.
In 2005 it won a gold medal at the International Spirits Challenge.
Its flavour is described as a blend of sherry, cognac, brandy, fruit and marzipan, like a Christmas cake in a bottle.
