Glenfiddich 12 Year Old is a single malt from the Dufftown distillery founded by William Grant in 1886. The name means valley of the deer in Gaelic, and the whisky comes in the brand's triangular bottle.
It is golden in colour, with a fresh, fruity nose and a hint of pear. The palate is sweet and fruity, developing into butterscotch, cream, malt and subtle oak, and the finish is long, smooth and mellow.
