Glenfiddich 12 Year Old is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky and the signature expression of the Grant family's distillery in the Valley of the Deer.
It is matured for at least 12 years in American oak and European oak sherry casks, then rested in oak marrying tuns. The fruitiness comes from the high cut point that William Grant insisted upon, and the water is the same Highland spring water used since 1887.
It is usually described as creamy, with a long, smooth and mellow finish.
