Glenfiddich – 12 Years (70cl, 40%)

Glenfiddich 12 Years is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Glenfiddich distillery in the heart of Speyside. It has matured for at least twelve years in oak casks and is bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It is sold in around 180 countries. The distillery is described as the only Highland whisky distillery that distils, matures and bottles on its own site. Its character is a balanced fruitiness of pear with subtle oak. Hard cheeses such as Cheddar are suggested as a partner.
