Glenfiddich – 12 Years

Glenfiddich 12 Years is a Speyside single malt from Scotland, matured for 12 years in bourbon and ex-sherry casks. William Grant built the distillery in Dufftown in 1887 with his seven sons and daughters. The name means valley of the deer, and a stag appears on every bottle. The nose has fresh fruit and fresh, bright notes. On the palate come peat smoke and butterscotch, with undertones of wood and malt. The finish is long and soft.
