Glenfiddich – 12 Years (70cl, 40%)

Glenfiddich 12 Years is a single malt bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It is matured for 12 years in American bourbon casks and Spanish sherry casks, which give it sweetness and a fruity note. It is known for a fresh scent of pears. The distillery was built by hand in a single year after work began in the summer of 1886, with help from the founder's seven sons and two daughters. It is still family owned. The name Glenfiddich comes from the Gaelic for valley of the deer.
