Glenfiddich 16 Year Old Aston Martin Edition is a limited-edition Speyside single malt created in collaboration with the Aston Martin Formula One Team. It is bottled at 43% ABV. The whisky spent 16 years in American oak only, drawn from virgin American oak, second-fill bourbon barrels and American oak wine casks. This gives a richer oak influence alongside Glenfiddich's fruity Speyside character. The nose brings honey, maple syrup, caramelised ginger and vanilla, followed by pear, peach, apricot and green apple. The palate is silky and medium-bodied, with fruit salad, Chantilly cream, toffee and baking spices. The finish is smooth and moderately long, with candied ginger, caramel and walnuts.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
