Glenfiddich 16 Year Old Aston Martin Limited Edition is a 16 year old malt whisky bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. This limited edition grew out of the distillery's partnership with the Aston Martin Formula One Team.
It was made by marrying American wine casks and new American oak casks with second-fill bourbon casks. The mix of American and second-fill bourbon wood gives a pleasant sweetness.
It is described as having rich marshmallow notes with caramelised ginger and a fresh fruit character, and a finish that is soft yet bold.
