Glenfiddich – 1972 32 Year Old Vintage Reserve Cask 16036 (70cl, 47.1%)

A single cask Glenfiddich from the Vintage Reserve collection, distilled in 1972 and bottled in 2005 at 32 years old. It was matured in cask 16036 and bottled at 47.1% in a 70cl bottle, with 219 bottles produced. The Vintage Reserve collection offered single cask bottlings and was launched in 1999, before the Rare Collection replaced it in 2008. William Grant built the Glenfiddich distillery in 1886, and it remains part of the family-owned William Grant & Sons.
