Glenfiddich Excellence is a 26 year old malt whisky matured entirely in American bourbon barrels, kept apart from other casks. It is bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The long maturation gives a mature, creamy texture. Alongside it come fruity notes of pear and apple, a floral character and gentle spice of cinnamon and vanilla, all rounded by oak without any smoke.
