Glenfiddich Fire and Cane is the fourth release in the distillery's Experimental Series. It marries a rarely seen peated whisky with unpeated single malt aged in bourbon casks, and the whole is finished in Latin rum casks.
The result is sweet and smoky, with caramel and spice alongside fresh green fruit and soft smoke. Glenfiddich was founded in Dufftown in 1886 by William Grant.
