This is a 21 year old Glenfiddich single malt, the 2023 Lunar New Year Edition of the Gran Reserva, in a 75cl bottle. It is part of an annual limited edition series and was designed in collaboration with Shanghai-based designer Yixin Zeng.
After maturation the whisky was finished for four months in Caribbean rum casks, and it is bottled at 43.2% ABV.
It is described as fruit-forward, with toffee and nutty vanilla, a satin-like mouthfeel and a warm, spicy finish.
