Glenfiddich Gran Reserva is a 21 year old single malt from Speyside, Scotland, in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV.
It is finished in Caribbean rum casks, which add a touch of exotic spice to a rich, complex whisky.
The nose brings toffee sweetness, vanilla and hints of new leather. On the palate it moves from soft and mellow to peppery, with a hint of lime and ginger.
