Glenfiddich Grand Yozakura is a 29 year old single malt Scotch whisky finished in Japanese Awamori casks. It is a limited release.
The nose is zesty, with ripe fruit, caramelised almonds, rich oak, hints of cinnamon and a distinctive zing. On the palate are layers of toasted oak, creamy vanilla toffee and silky tannin, with bursts of spice, sherbet lemon, crunchy green apple and warming earthy notes. The finish is long, with lasting oak.
